i'm fine with low review scores in launch games

hell thats probably biggest flaw in our current gens games reviewing system.  look at all the amazing scores early 360/ps3 games got.  i mean if your getting games like call of duty 3 8.8's and other very crappy games basically 9's, what can honestly review current games as?  You can't really feel good reviewing some game and giving it a worse score than you gave some way shittier game earlier

Actually George and Robinson did most of the reviews themselves, the main issue I have is with Street Fighter IV which isn't in line with their other Street Fighter IV review.

I played SF4 and Pilotwings Resort, and I have to say that from what I did play, I thought SF4 took a huge steamy crap all over Pilotwings.

Still, not enough for me to buy one at launch (Or any time soon).

I'm gonna happily wait until either Pokemon, 2D Mario or maybe for MGS3D.

I´m waiting for Rayman 3D reviews...if it´s a well done port I´m probably getting it, since I never played Rayman 2.

Super Streetfighter IV is a definite buy for me, and I'm seriously thinking about Ridge Racer 3D too. I've got some money coming to me soon so am definitely getting a 3DS. I'm also seriously tempted to get Pro Evo 3D but the lack of online goodness is tempting me to wait to see what EA Sports come up with for the FIFA franchise for my 3D footy fix.

I'm getting SSFIV for certain, for me it's coming down between Pilotwings and Ridge Racer 3D.  After that Lego Star Wars III, Steel Diver, and Sims 3.  PES11 looks nice just I never follow through with buying sports games cause I can never justify the price lol

If there is any 3DS launch title I would be interested in buying, that would be Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars. A turn based tactical game created by Julian Gollop, of the X-Com fame, is exactly the kind of game I would look for, although it will probably not be very impressive in terms of 3D effects.

On the contrary I've read a few things that said otherwise, the 3D adds much to that game unlike other launch titles.

that certanly is an interesting title, if he can recapture even half of the magic of x-com I might just have to buy a 3DS
