I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with CGR but are they meant to imitate the robot voice from games like Counter Strike? It sounded really funny xD

CGR is a reviewer who offers a new twist to reviewing stuff, he is generally awesome and actually does a good job of reviewing games even if he is joking for the most of the video.

Honestly speaking, you should check out his other videos, he is the only person I know who can review a coffee mug for 5 minutes, and it would be good.

The TG-16 CD whatever version is available on the Wii's Virtual Console. Just saying.
