Well, I don't have a mobile phone, but AT&T has always provided me with uber speed (a gig and half of content downloaded in an hour ) and their home phone service is pretty solid, sorry to hear that your smartphone is rather dumb but maybe you can try on Verizon. I hear they're pretty good.

Samsung's legendary software support strikes again.

If you buy from Samsung, you will be relying on the community for support. Not even MS can push out a clean update on Samsung phones.

at least Samsung TVs dont need updates. lol

And Microsoft's updates aren't always clean, its just they learned with windows update how to handle screwed up updates and roll-back failed updates if they do fail. Apple and Google has similar issues and solutions, it think its a universal issue. Ability to download updates to PC helps for smartphones.
