Well, I don't have a mobile phone, but AT&T has always provided me with uber speed (a gig and half of content downloaded in an hour 
) and their home phone service is pretty solid, sorry to hear that your smartphone is rather dumb but maybe you can try on Verizon. I hear they're pretty good.
