Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)

GTAIV is BIG for the hardcore gamers.

Wii is BIG if not BIGGER to the casual market, which FYI is much greater than the current hardcore community.

 This will be the most successful GTA game so far. It will move hardware. Just wait.

 The game will be big, but it should be about the same as Halo 3, which was a great hardware boost to the Xbox360, yet completely failed to stop the Wii's momentum.

 Another prediction:

 

Both mario kart and brawl are going to sell more than GTA 4 in either the 360 or ps3.

 Only to males in the 13-35 age group really, but won't affect sales for Wii

No. Halo 3 is mostly multiplayer game. It has pretty narrow audience and it is really big only in US. GTA will sell equally in Pal and US and has pretty good chance for decent numbers in Japan. Hardware boost will be massive especially for PS3.
