it was a first a point in LG's favour then minused when Sony took it away. This as far as i'm concerned, if anything LG is ahead because they jumped em.

Sony is winning correct. They havent won. LG they got the jump if somewhat temporary. If LG got this in the first place there is indeed a case to answer imo

Not necessairily they have a case... this can be just an acception that they have the right to be heard and are inded a part interested in the case...

You can sometimes put the most preposterous case in court and be granted a hearing, not necessairily having a case.
