They're charging that much because it's the last one they're ever going to have, likely, so they're marketing it as a collector's item. They're not worried about trying to sell it immediately because they probably have plenty of regular DS stock.


To a collector that isn't going to open it up, it may actually be worth that much.

I like how EVERYBODY is expensive, too. Geez. And here, I may be getting Mario Kart DS with a new red DS for $40-$70.

That's the Lite compared to the original DS. This Zelda-one is just a special edition Lite, it's not like it's 2/3rds the size of a Lite. :p 

EDIT: lol, I just now saw that price on amazon. Haha, that's hilarious, I wonder if anyone'll be stupid enough to actually buy it if you can just get it somewhere else for $199? :p  

Or $150 if you get off your ass, leave the house, and go to the nearest GameStop/EB/ToysRUs/BestBuy/whatever.

Unless they're sold out, but I doubt they are, and I doubt you'll have to do enough searching to make paying an extra $50+shipping worthwhile instead.
