I would start permaban some users that really don't go to the site anymore, but I still find them annoying.

I'd ban Rainbow Yoshi for Nercomancing and being too good at Mario Kart.

I'd ban Carl for resurrecting Cthulhu.

I'd ban all the stealth trolls.

Then I'd ban anyone making thread titles ending with "what the hell?" or "is Doomed"

I'll rule this site with an iron fist in the first few week by executing accounts and then build an army to invade smaller gaming sites to create the Vgchantz Empire. Then when the Vgcharts Empire is stong enough i'll tell Bethesda to STOP making bugged Fallout games and fix it before releasing them.
