How did he speak about Little Big Planet?
I tried that game for a few minutes and that's all I can say about that without angering people...

I don't quite remember, but I think he praised it a lot. Maybe we should ask him to directly compare the quality of LBP and DKCR. Could be interesting.

I think we should.
Hey darth, could you compare the quality of LBP and DKC Returns for us? How does each game stack up in your opinion?

Yeah it was a bad choice of words but I meant what you and miz12qw3e said. DKCR made NSMB Wii look like a much lesser game, so for me felt like a sort of generational leap over each other as DKCR felt far ahead in even production values, let alone everything else. I bow down to Retro.
And no I haven't bashed NSMB Wii hard in the past (I think its a 8/10 game), just disagreed with rol whenever he went on a rant about how SMG1/2 are worse than NSMB Wii while I think both SMG1/2 trounce NSMB Wii, in that discussion I may have shown "hate" towards NSMB Wii as I love SMG1/2 so much.
Do you want me to compare LBP and DKCR? or LBP2 and DKCR?
With LBP2 its hard as its not really just a platformer anymore, the variety of gameplay modes really turned it into a sort of amazing minigame creator and people have even made movies with it with the cut scene creator mode, its very hard to compare LBP2 to DKCR because LBP2's genre is no longer "platformer", it really is so much more. If I had to score them though DKCR would get the higher score. However its as close as they come, some of the things users have done on LBP2 is simply astounding (someone has been able to make a heavy rain type of game).
LBP1 is easier to compare as its really mostly a platformer (the levels you can create are limited to platforming stages, just a few exceptions to that rule are present) and it was an ok one, but the Play and share aspect (not create...that sucked...a very unintuitive system) was amazing, the game never got old as especially 1-2 years after LBP's release some levels on there were amazing. That made the game awesome in the end. Had LBP1 just had its story single player mode levels it would be far worse than NSMB wii, let alone close to DKCR, but Play/Share took it from a 7/10 to over a 9/10 game for me.
