what does the " ? " card do?

AR stands for augmented reality. It's something you can use on intelligent cameras (like the iphone/android) to change the picture. In this instance, you get a card and put it on the table. Then you use the game's camera mode and focus on the card. Your dog will appear on the screen in 3D on top of the card.

This looks dope, to bad I'm not planning on buying Nintendogs. I just don't care for pet simulators. But I think its pretty cool and the future implementations of this technology could be amazing!

this is a respounce to my comment? , i know what AR means, and it doesn't really need intelligent cameras actually, just software, there is already a bunch of games like this on PSP (like Eyepet) , even though the camera isn't hightech.

but i was asking what the " ? " card do , if you seen the cards there are a bunch of character plus Mii one and a " ? " one.

oh, perhaps it's what your pet is wearing in the game, or randomly does the function of the other cards.

"?" card makes your Nintendog/cat appear in that spot I think.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
