The moment that we've been waiting for has almost arrived. The 3DS is probably my most anticipated console ever, and the first one that I'm buying on release day. However, I think that we need a thread to accurately measure the levels of excitement that is circulating around VGChartz currently. I think that if I had a chart of my progression of hype for the 3DS:

3DS announced: 7/10 - Not much information given

3DS at E3: 10/10 - Reggie got burned by Bowser :o

More info; battery rumors, 3D rumours, general 3DS hate era: 7/10

Improved online confirmed: 8/10

Release in Japan: 10/10
