Forums - Nintendo - Mario & Luigi, which is the best one???

Im ashamed to admit i have never played one of these games. At all. I always meant to try out the original on GBA (having loved Mario RPG) but i never got around to it. The series is three games in and the games are too critically acclaimed for me not to give one a go. Im leaning toward the Partners in Time, cause i love those little baby bastards, but from what I read Bowers' story is even better, but im kind of tired of seeing his ugly mug, but that game is cheaper than Partners in Time. What do y'all suggest????

The third one by far

FREAKING ALL OF THEM.

Yeah Bowser's Inside Story is definitely the best of the series. You should really give it a go.

I'd say:

1. Bowser's Inside Story (DS)
2. Superstar Saga (GBA)
3. Partners in Time (DS)

All of 'em are great, but Bowser's Inside Story feels the most polished and fun. SuperStar Saga is still the most humorous one though, Fawful is at his best in that one. Partners in Time was fun too, but felt the weakest out of the three in my humble opinion.

Bowser's Story it is then!!

Grah, I need to play Bowser's Inside Story.

So far Superstar Saga > Partner's in TIme.

Although both are great.

I havent played bowsers inside story so for me Superstar Saga.

If you get the chance, try them all out, you'll probably like them.

For me, Bowser's Inside Story is quite possibly the best game I've played this whole generation, if not in my entire life. I recall only one thing I didn't enjoy within the game, and that is the pollen mini-game. Thank the stars that only shows up twice.

I suppose playing Bowser's Inside Story was a blessing and a curse to, I just can't help but feel dissapointed by most games I play now. JRPG's especially. There is no longer an excuse for the boring, broken battle systems and utterly depressing atmosphere I am repeatedly exposed to by the pitiful excuses of JRPG's released on home consoles nowadays. None at all.

How technical is your game?
