Wii VersionSSSSS? Excuse my ignorance but there is only one announced for the wii right now right?

And within a week, the project will have once again been moved to PS3, right?

It might also just be a translating mistake.

He might have simply meant that they were working on a Wii version of DQ (which would be DQX).

But if true, that's an awesome news.

Seems like 3DS/PS3 porters will be sad over tihs...

Seems more likely to be a translation mistake or a western release of Monster Battle Road Victory than something like a DQVII remake.

A Dragon Quest VII remake on the console would be a good way to warm up the audience, like Wii's Monster Hunter G before Monster Hunter Tri

I love Horii so much <3

But a remake of the first three games on the Wii would kick ass if it were those.

DQVIIr is so obvious it hurts.  Genius Sonority has to be doing something.

Japan's also probably getting DQI-VI on the Virtual Console (we'll get DWI-IV though at least).
