Consoles are remembered for their games and not for their sales and I still believe that when this generation is long passed the PS3 will be remembered most of all.

On a sales site it is very easy to discount titles like 3D Dot Game Heroes, Nier, Split/Second, Mod Nation Racers, Disgaea, MLB the Show, Tales of Graces, Tales of Xillia, Last Guardian or even Folklore, but I know damn well that I will remember that I played those games much more than I will remember that Mario Kart Wii sold 25M or that Call of Duty sold 20M.

Nice, logical argument there

I suppose it comes down to what games you like most, if you like Nintendo games (like me) then it's obvious that the Wii best suits your needs. If not, well, that's a matter of taste. And I think this thread has proven this

You knew this question would have varied answers... with people either voting for the one they own or their personal preference....

 

They are each great in their own way....

 

Xbox 360 - Best online gaming and social networking.

PS3 - Most powerful.

Wii - Most varied entertainment appealing to all ages.
