Well, as a Nintendo Fanboy who tries his best to hide it, I say 3DS.

weeeeeeeell.... probably both at then end. For sure I ain't getting 'em on launch day. I'll probably wait until September (B-day) for the 3DS..... the w/e name they decide to call the psp2 i'll probably get it a year 1/2 or 2 years after launch.

Why are so many people saying that they are becoming less and less interested in the 3DS?

NGP certainly looks awesome in terms of hardware, but 3DS has a seriously awesome list of games coming out (not all at launch).  The 3DS isn't nearly as kiddy as the DS was.  Check out this list of announced games:

The NGP doesn't really have that much announced game-wise yet-- so my excitement is definitely with the 3DS right now.  This is especially true for 3 reasons:

1. Nintendo 1st party games

2. 3DS games will almost certainly be cheaper.  If NGP games are PS3-level, does that mean they will cost $60?

3.  3DS has managed to wrangle away many of the best developers from the PSP that completely ignored the DS.

Very very true. The list is amazing. For my taste, this list is better then the overall DS library. Im a bit disspointed 3DS doesnt have 2 analog though, would be awesome.

You're witnessing what I like to call "announcement hype". The 3DS was hyped to the max when it was first announced, then the hype died down a little. Then when the PSP2 is announced, it's hyped to the max as well and people start making "PSP2 is better" claims only after JUST seeing it. It's hype, and it will die down, especially when complaints start rolling in for the PSP2. People are just letting it out because the fanboy in them cannot contain themselves (on both sides).

You're right about the games - The 3DS has an amazing line-up compared to the PSP2. Isn't that all it took for the DS to beat the PSP? =P

Well the power of the NGP has my intrigued about a handheld for the first time since I was 15 with the Gameboy Advanced. But I never liked hanhelds much so I will have to see it in action before I buy it. I will never buy a Nintendo product again unless it's to get me pussy so NGP all the way.

I'll never own another Sony portable again after I sold my PSP within 4 days of getting it.

3DS for sure. Probably NGP/PSP2 after if this is a portable ps3, cause I won't get a ps3 and this's a good chance to play some games.
