Why is the battle system for Pokemon Black/White called revolutionary when it's just a direct copy from Fossil Fighters?

Galaki who knows how long GameFreak has been planning 3 on 3 battles. If you watched the Pokemon anime you'd know 3 on 3 battles have been a standard in many episodes. It was only a matter of time before the game caught up with the anime and featured 3 on 3 battles.

This system may be revolutionary for the game but its nothing new for Pokemon as an IP. Infact Fossil Fighters could have gotten the idea from Pokemon's anime. Also Fossil Fighters team and GameFreak may have collaborated alittle you never know.

Damn copycats. Now Nintendo is going to have to keep their own games secret from everyone so they don't steal from themselves

this is my only gripe with pokemon black&white(though a very small gripe)...a few games from now we'll probably have 6 vs. 6
