Pachipara is pachinko series, Pachipara SLOT is Slot machine spin off series. They are different games. Pachipara 17 was only recently announced.

I don't know if Pachipara SLOT was cancelled, but Irem have the date as undecided on their PS3 page, and the website is still up.

It's my mistake, Irem did cancel a Panchipara game a few months back, but it was for PSP.

What causes more discition and fun: a list where the Wii is clearly biased, despite being first, and the Xbox360 which is a complete looser there receiving support, or a list that has both more or so equal?

Both of them are equally as bad, however.

The Wii list would show bias towards a system because it's the market leader, which clearly isn't the case

I expect PS3 to win as number of weeks, but it could happen like last year, PS3 wins most weeks, Wii outsells it by a small number thanks to big game launches and Xmas boosts. Even if PS3 won also as total sales, an outcome that I believe has the same chances as the opposite, I'd expect it to do it by a small number.
