From the logo, it might not be Tales of Graces F at all, and be one of the other 2 or even the next one. but how do we know this announcement is for the western auidence and not the Japanese auidence.

There are already two tales games on the PS3 with another on the way. I think that's quite a lot! ...oh you meant released outside of Japan. ;-p |
Yes i did... unfortunately my japanese is not quite that good, probably because I dont know any.

Vesperia had terrible sales on the 360. I don't think that Namco bother the HD-gamers with another Tales-Release of Vesperia or Graces on PS3.
On the other hand: "The Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World" did good on Wii. I think they will release the Wii Graces in the West soon (and as if some rumors are true even with the superflous enhancenments of the PS3-Version).

Did you compare the sales of your mentioned games? Dawn of the New World did worse than Vesperia in the US. VGChartzs misses european data of Dawn of the New World, so we can't take a comparison on this one. But I see no reason why it should have done better in Europe compared to America.

That first sentence could make sense if the next new Tales wasn't already confirmed as a PS3 title, and you weren't wrong about the sales compaison of Vesperia and ToS2. Y'know what nvm, it just doesn't make sense.
...
tales in the West? been waiting for ToV PS3 forever so I'll believe it when I see it.
