Well, the 3DS is right around the corner, but there is no way to tell from the various features on VGC. If you're looking for a game or a video, you can choose what platforms to look for, but with no option for the 3DS on the main pages.

So, when will the 3DS make its way onto VGC?

Id'e say Vgchartz should put a 3DS bar on the graph towards end of February ready when it's out in Jaspan, I say put it between DS and PSP and make it dark blue.

Could be, but just seems weird there isn't a link to it already. We're swimming in media and games already, so having easy access to it all should seem like an important thing. I'm aware we can choose it in the drop down though.

Er, you've been on this site how long and you can't tell the bars on front page run left to right in order of which platform has sold the most?

I imagin on VGChartz it'll go up the first week of sales it gets.

I'm the site's Assistant PR Manager, and hopefully I can clarify this a little bit.  As has been mentioned it is available in the gamrReview portion of the VGChartz Network.  We plan to integrate it into the main network as soon as possible.  As this is the first of the next generation of game devices, the logistics of things like how we will display its sales data in comparison to other systems, its games' entries in the database, etc., are still being worked on.  Please be patient--we will absolutely have everything ready by the time the system launches.

By the way, gamrReview may have even more content on the 3DS in the coming weeks--I am in discussion with Nintendo on getting us prerelease units and games to review for the middle of next month, so please look forward to it! :)
