The people who know that GT doesn't sell well in America?
| Noobie said: so 190k sold in Canada in 4 days and 400k sold in US in 4 days for november.. thats a bit unbelievable especially when in those 4 days in US there was black friday also.. the 400k figure for US in November is a confirmed figure? |
It's not just Canada, it's Mexico also. Not to mention the fact that there weren't really any good Black Friday deals for GT5 in the states. Whereas up north there were some quite good deals. IIRC there was a Canadian retailer that was offering a free wheel with preorders.

Why do people always need to talk about other games in GT5 threads, when they were talking about Forza okay, they're both sims, but now it's getting even more ridiculous, is there such a need to derail GT5 threads? Seriously. And coming from people who are always here to cheer up the X360. Kewl... Stay in X360's thread then.

Isn't NPD US only? So these numbers would only be for the US if they are using NPD even though the article says north america? I could be wrong but I was under the impression that NPD did not track canada or mexico so when ever NPD numbers are used they only refer to the US.
Anyone know how many bundles were shipped for the PS3 GT5 bundle? Because NPD isn't including them, and I wanna know how many of them were available.

There is also an NPD Canada, and in this case these numbers were from the start described as US plus Canada (I remember them appearing in the Neogaf NPD thread).

I did not want to derail the thread. It just sold the same amount like these games and I really did not expect that. This is basically the first post I made about GT5.

your first post about GT5 has nothing to do with GT5, it's basicly the same bullshit : Oh, look how well Kinect is doing. Seriously, WE DON'T CARE HOW WELL KINECT IS DOING, WE DON'T. I think I made it very clear.
Now GT5 is selling well no matter how we compare it, now, how the legs will be is the big issue.
