The problem I thought of ever since Nintendo wanted rockstare to bring the game over is motion sensor. I mean if you think about it every move. To run would have to be something. To shoot would have to be something. to punch would be something and to drive would be something. some missions would involve moving the Wii mote. To fly a plane and the list keeps going on.
Then you think about it well if the Wiimote and nunchuk connected how can you drive. IDK how they would do that since all I mean all of the racing games the Wiimote is not connected nunchuk and you drive holding the wiimote sideways. So all the driving/flying would have to work with out the Wiimote being sideways. There are so many thing you would have to do with the controls it would take like 1 years just on controls.

 Or you bind Driving to the stick on the Nunchuck. Like Scarface and The Godfather already did. Hell Scarface barely uses motion commands at all.

 GTA2 is good but it's expansion (London) makes it 100% better.

GTA4 doesn't need to come to wii. It's a cold blooded game that only idiots would buy,

Why do you assume motion controls would be done with too many things? Recent Wii games have worked best when motion control is limited. 

Personally, I would have the analog stick be movement for everything, save for maybe the helicopter and harrier (hydra). Tilting the Wiimote would control the camera, with aiming turning it of course to a pointer. Everything else would be mapped to the buttons. 

 LOL I am not cold blooded. I actually really hate violence. But it is just a video game. There is a difference between a video game and reality. Also, I don't think GTA 4 will ever come to the Wii. But I hope some GTA game will come out for it.
