PS3 specs is 5 years old, its outdated by now so i wouldn't be surprised if its true , like the article says , smaller screen is easier to do these than bigger ones.

Lets hope Sony focus on the gaming aspect of it more than the multimedia aspect of it. Don't get me wrong, the multimedia aspect of the PSP was great at the time but I don't think it'll help them out now considering that Apple have extended their products to gaming and the DSi can play MP3's... |
I remember the PSP supposed to be the 21st Century Walkman. but yes Games first Multimedia second, I hope SONY has released that after the PS3 was promoted in the beginning as more of a Blu-Ray Player then a Gaming Console.

yup. they really have to officially announce it first.
MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.

And here I was worrying that they had an infinitely small chance of beating 3DS.
Thank god.

I'd make a snarky comment about Sony's insistance on the PS3 being "futureproof", but I think it's clear now it was just the arrogance they were full of back then.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
