Then, March 15?

I hope for Ocarina of Time by around this time. Or at least April.

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

my guess is that pricing will depend on how fancy the game is. DOA for instance is obviously taking full advantage of the graphics capabilities so it'll be priced higher than, say, Nintendo's eventual next Brain Age.

The release date being in March sounds about right as Nintendo wouldn't want overseas customers to wait too long

I would also expect there to be a bunch of $20 games as well. You know low budget 3rd party stuff. I would not be surprised if Nintendo does a few really cheap games.

Remember when teh DS launched the prices where. $29.99 to $39.99 SRV. However in the end most games were not $40 (hard too still find them at that price now)

Look for square enix games when they are launching...they always seem to be $40.

$40-$50 for games seems pretty crazy.

The 3DS is going to cost more than the Wii and the games are going to be just as expensive. .

I love Mario, but I seriously may have to sit this generation out-- at least until prices go way down.  A great part of the allure of handheld gaming was the affordability.

The price barrier of the 3DS may shift even more handheld gamers to the Ipods of the world.

Most anticipated games of 2011:

Uncharted 3,Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Rocksmith

Modern Warfare 3, Super Mario 3D

$50 is £32, that's the price that a lot of 1st party DS games retail for here in the U.K.  Even if they are 15 - 20% more expensive here in the U.K, I don't see the problem at all

It must be a UK thing then.  DS games are currently priced $20-30 in the US.  This is an 25-50% increase in the US, not to mention the price of the console has jumped so much.

If the games are going to be about $40 - does that mean that they'll be around £40? As far as gaming is concerned, it always seems to be $1=£1 O.o

my thoughts precisly, handheld is the cheap option generally thats why i chose ds over psp its simply cheaper with cheaper games not to mention games that are handheld based.

we will have to see how it goes but the 3ds will have some great games for it
