Ouch, that's a lot shorter than I was expecting, I figured Nintendo wouldn't let this out with less than 8-10 hours.

Things from the Stream.

*3DS camera has an option to capture faces and generate Miis automatic. Pretty clever.

* You can take pictures for the AR games. Expect a bunch of perverts take advantage for this.

As a reference NIntendo claims shitty battery for the DSi too.

DSi has 3-4 hours

That is some terrible battery life...

Doesn't the DSi have a 10-12 Hour battery? DS Lite has even more... I know I can use mine for quite a long time without having to charge it. 3 Hours is absolutely abysmal really.

I'm not overly impressed with that launch lineup neither tbh...

Not buying this on launch anyway, that's for sure. My DSi will keep me happy enough for a Year or 2 more yet.

Any news on price yet?

I know for sure my DSi lasts longer than 3-4 Hours at a time...
