In it's favor, it has the month right for the just confirmed Mario Sports Mix.
What would be a good indicator is what GI's list looked like last month. If Graces is a new addition, it might actually mean something...
Even when you disregard the heavy inaccuracy of the list, I still highly doubt Tales of Graces will be out in Q1 of this year. Assuming March 31 is the end of the first quarter, that means they would have about 2 to 2 1/2 months at the most to announce the game and then build a decent level of hype around it to sell enough copies and make the localization worth it, and that's assuming that they've been hard at work on a localized version for a long time. I wouldn't expect this to be released until sometime after E3, to be honest.

Although I don't think the game is coming to the west Namco have stealth released the previous games before, Symphonia avoided this problem because Nintendo themselves published and localized.
I seriously doubt it, Scamco hasn't announced anything yet and it would be stupid to release a game that wasn't even announced and just expect it to sell well. Though Scamco is so stupid it would make sense for them to do something like that. I do still hope they announce Tales of Graces F this year though and it's out in stores by the holidays but I can't really see it happening.

Anyway a 1 year delay is very much for a game in development by 5 years (Miyamoto said it)...

Oh well, no matter what I WILL get my hands on this damn game, even if it means importing it for extra money and playing it on my modded Wii.
No way Tales of Graces is out in the first quarter of 2011. I could buy a summer release but Namco would have had to put a bad rush job on the translation and not fix the glitches they had with the original Japanese release.

I would like it to be localised for the EU, however i'd be willing to import if its just been localised for the US, althought i'm not too happy about it.
however we dont know if its going to be released on the PS3 or the Wii or both, in Japan, the PS3 version just came out in Dec 2010, so its possible they were waiting for this version to localise, seeing as FF13 has been successful in the west on the PS3 console primarily, and i think they are aware that the Wii is more casual.
so it seems logical to me they will localise the PS3 version because even in Japan, where the Wii userbase is double the size of the PS3, Tales of Graces has performed a bit better on the PS3.
oh and Namco have filed a trademark for Tales of Graces in Europe, so we could be in for a treat if they do indeed decide to localise!
