Even when you disregard the heavy inaccuracy of the list, I still highly doubt Tales of Graces will be out in Q1 of this year. Assuming March 31 is the end of the first quarter, that means they would have about 2 to 2 1/2 months at the most to announce the game and then build a decent level of hype around it to sell enough copies and make the localization worth it, and that's assuming that they've been hard at work on a localized version for a long time. I wouldn't expect this to be released until sometime after E3, to be honest.
