No, it's confirmed 2011.  Nintendo never gave a specific release timeframe, though Miyamoto said at E3 2010 that the team wanted it out earlier rather than later in the year.

Personally, I think it'll be summer, but it could just as easily get held back for the big November game.

Anyway a 1 year delay is very much for a game in development by 5 years (Miyamoto said it)...
