He still has 360 fanboyism in him. He was delusional enough to say that Forza is better that GT.

It could be better to many people just as a racer. But as a sim, it seems to be generally agreed upon that GT is superior.

Can you still play "bumper cars" in the corners in GT5? If so then, GT5 is not a better sim having the same critical flaw that GT1 had on PS1.

Indeed, the "bumping cars" thing is the only thing important to take into account when deciding what makes a sim a good one. To hell with car handling and physics. ¬_¬

Gran Turismo released in 1997. Gran Turismo 5 released in 2010. GT5 should not have the same unrealistic flaw as GT1, GT2, GT3, and GT4. So if it has the same "bumper car" flaw as the original game in the series had two hardware generations ago, then simulation aspect is inherently flawed.

Mechanical damage is a toggle option in Arcade Mode, and it's implementation in GT Mode depends on the level of the race in which you're competing. A level 20 race will have significant repercussions for hitting other drivers, for example, alongside much more challenging AI and other gameplay changes, while a level 1 race will be far more simplistic.
When you know so little about one of the two games, it sounds more like you're simply trying to champion your preffered franchise rather than do any sort of proper comparison.
Granted, the other guy wasn't much better, but at least he didn't question basic information we've known about for over a year.
