I meant that GT5 will not lose any sales to piracy while Halo will.

considering most of the piracy is don in eu and in third world countries halo isnt going to loose a lot of sales due tso piracy. also if a game is pirated it doesnt mean it lost a sale. other then that you cant play halo online if its pirated! like i saide before black ops is taking sales from halo not piracy.

and yes black ops>piracy short term wise.

Wrong. NSMBWii was one of the most pirated games, and weren´t millions. If I'm not wrong, were less than 2M.

(no im not gonna hack it, but I also dont want to buy fifteen original games for it and then watch my neighbour be able to download dozens of games for his PS3 for free)

Firstly, I'd wait until after the holidays to see how legs for both Reach and GT5 shake out and what NPD and Gfk reveals. And secondly we're most likely overtracking Reach by several hundred k in EMEAA.
