Hyperion, not sure if you figured it out already but the Grand Finale Galaxy is located by the trial galaxies. After you take the green launch star instead of going to one of the three green lumas in the front go behind the whole thing and there's another luma waiting.

I know have 85 stars, just finished the tesseract, fountain, and kitchen. all is left is the other 3.
