Don't anybody dare say anything negative about the 360 in these parts. Very pro 360 as to be expected from an american site. Did anyone else notice it getting its butt smacked by a little inferior box?

I love how this site is ALWAYS referred to as bias for a different console every time I go to the forums. I guess that means the site really must be unbias considering I've seen the site called Playstation bias, Nintendo bias, and now Xbox bias. But your logic about it being an "american" site isn't quite true. The founder of the site is not even from America....He's from England I believe.

I don't think i've ever seen the site accused of a 360 bias before.  I mean, I have trouble naming 5 "pro 360" users... Wii and Sony?  I could go into dozens.

Remember Xoj? He thought this site was 360 biased.

By 1k only... PS3 was 1 million over 4k and it got adjusted last year. Still amazing numbers, should do over 1 million for sure next week ( PS3 hopefully too)

Man, I thought Wii would reach 2 million, well next week is the best one all year

Maybe not, last week Wii had special deals at all the major retailers culminating with the $75 gift card at Walmart. This last week the only special deal for the Wii was at TRU which required a purchase of Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympic Games. Special deals the final week before Christmas can be seen http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=120828&page=1&str=326663702#.

Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

Regardless, you said you have never heard of any calling this site 360 biased, but there are tons of people, that indeed do.

The average IQ of an N4G poster is probably lower than the average weight in kilograms >_>

They are uninformed and have no idea how we track data. They are also extremely Sony-biased.

In my opinion, people are not buying the 360 nor the PS3 for the "graphics unit" nor the "technical superiority" people buy the 360 more  because IN MY OPINION It has better exclusives (not as good as Nintendo) Halo, Gears, Mass Effect (for a while anyway) and Fable all are pretty famous and attract buyers, even my non gamer friends know who Master Chief is, yet they have no idea about Kratos nor Nathan Drake, and the blue Ray argument got old, everyone has a blue ray player by now.

I agree that people don't buy a console because of its specs, but do you really think thats why they get more of the 360 in America?  I'd say its more because it USED to dominate PS3 (i'm a ps3 owner, so plz don't scream fanboy) for exclusives in America.  By the time PS3 was finally catching up, people wanted what their friends had, which was a 360.  And do they REALLY not know who Kratos is?  I can see Nathan Drake, but I'm honestly going to say not knowing who Kratos is is just rediculous, and really no different to me than if I were to not know who Master Chief was.

Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.

XBL really is the driving force imo, it is community. You buy the system all your friends are playing COD or Madden on really, and that's usually 360.  Microsoft's made better inroads with the casual crowd too with stuff like Netflix and Kinect.

Yep, XBL is a huge reason why 360 is doing so well. Even today PSN still pales in comparison to the XBL community (not to mention PSN still lacks a ton of features that XBL has had forever).

OMG, I totally forgot the XBL argument, thats another advantage over PS3

I didn't know XBL was an American thing only. The 360 is more popular in America because Sony has destroyed their brand here, and it's not just gaming.
