What is the excuse for this one?

Let me be nice, For years we have heard COD does not sell well on the Wii because it was inferior to the HD version. When Black Ops was announced, some even though it would even sell close to the PS3 version. COD black Ops Wii is the same as the HD systems But, this even worst than expected. Once again, what is the excuse for these sales?

Oh, I see. I think the 'ones' that told that just have to be honest and accept that CoD fanbase isn't in the Wii.

I don't think anyone was ever serious about the Wii version outselling the PS3 version and people voted Wii on that poll just for fun.

Besides,CoD games sell over 1 million on the Wii so we don't need an excuse for the sales because they aren't bad. Black Ops is actually selling BETTER than the previous games.

Excellent sales for GT5, anyone calling ~400k poor is full of crazy, I'd buy it but I don't like racing sims..though that delorean in Forza 3 is mighty tempting, anyone know if I can pretend to drive a Delorean in GT5?

San Andreas sold 6 times more than GTA4 combine, porting San Andreas to the wii would probably be easy money for take 2, actually porting it to anything would probably be easy money

Epic Micky is doing well, Goldeneye is doing well, hmm, good third party games doing well on the wii I don't understand why that was so hard to figure out

Now let's check Halo, with VGChartz numbers because that's all we have.

- Americas : 74.3%

- Japan : 1.2%

- EMEAA : 24.5%

 

Now you see why Halo and GT case are not alike.

Except, outside of special edition consoles, Halo games weren't bundled.  If you remove GT3 from that comparison (which was HEAVILY bundled in Americas), how does it look at that point?

I need to find that thread. Anyways, it's selling on par with last year Reflex which came out two years after its release. It won't outsell world at War.
