Darksiders is very similar to God of War for the combat, and weapon/ability upgrading. The exploration part is directly Zelda-inspired, one of the dungeon is a remake of Portal... Overall good game, less linear than GoW but if you played those games, you'll have a strong sense of deja vu, just different textures.

I enjoyed it a lot though, but I don't like games that copy others... mixed feelings. 

I was thinking of buying DMC4 for $5, but they double the price to $10, the bastards. So now I won't buy it.

The interesting part is that when DMC4 was $5, it was in the Top 5 sellers, but after it became $10 it is not even in the Top 20 !!

I am not interested by the other games. I have already the boxed version of DA:O, which is a wonderful game, and I strongly recommend it to whoever like the nice RPGs. Playing as a Mage on my second playthrough was a blast !

arf got AA at thanksgiving for 66%... it's wierd to put the same game at a better deal (75%) 1 month later... i kinda feel cheated  =)
