No you wouldn't nessisairly be dead if it was a tumor.

I had a friend who had something like that for years that was a tumor and it had to be removed.

Just not one that would kill you. 

You are scaring me... I should definately go see a doctor after he holidays.

Derminus Cysts are considered tumors.  I don't think it's actually anything life threatening.  It's worth getting looked out can never be too careful with your health, because at the end of the day it's the most important thing.

Then it appears to be a small cyst filled with tallow. Nothing serious, you can probably have that removed in a matter of seconds. The other one still bothers me, I'd get it checked out for sure!

sounds like lymph node to me. that means the lymph node is infected. maybe you should be on antibiotics and anti inflamatory meds and it will get better. see your doc.

Simply not enough information to make any kind of educated guess.  Probability dictates it's likely nothing serious,  but a 'hard' lump should always be looked into. Go see your doctor!

Well, keep us updated, unless the results feel to personal, which would be odd since you mentioned the condition in the first place, ha.
