Medical Question: Strange Lump Problem

The one on my scalp is hard. The one behind my ear is somewhat deformed when I poke it.

Then it appears to be a small cyst filled with tallow. Nothing serious, you can probably have that removed in a matter of seconds. The other one still bothers me, I'd get it checked out for sure!
