Doesn't surprise me, late port is late...

This is nothing we haven't seen before.

Comic book???haha

Mass Effect 3 engine on Mass Effect 2???haha

All the DLC for free???haha

I'm not really sure what you're trying to say to me here...  Your second point exactly reinforces what I was saying, that they've had more time to work on it so it's not unusual that it would look better.  Your first and third points have nothing at all to do with the thread, the discussion, or my post...

The bottom line here is that PS3 users get a better version of a great game with more content which makes the price worth it.  Also, PS3 users have PLENTY of other quality games to keep them busy until that time comes.  You get the best of all worlds here.  Besides, not every Xbox 360 users who want to experence Mass Effect 2 has experenced it, yet.  They're late to the party, too.  But so what?

Again, none of that is relevant to my point.  All I was saying was that a graphical upgrade was expected given that they've had more time to work on it.

I don't know why people are trying to debate me about whether or not it's worth it because I've said nothing about that.  For the record, I do think it's a great deal for PS3 owners, and I hope they help the game reach the sales it deserves.  That's still not relevant to the thread though...  The comment about PS3 owners having other games to play is also irrelevant, everybody has other games to play.  Let's just keep this thread about ME2 PS3 graphics the way it was intended...

but but..isn't that irrelevant?

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

The debate I started >.>

im not to bothered about the visuals being crisper on ps3. its the fact that the entire game with all dlc is bundled together on 1 disc

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk

really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...

So basically it's like a GoTY edition with the extra DL content in addition to being reworked to run with the ME3 engine.

If you haven't already played the game, it sounds like the PS3 version is the one to get, assuming you don't pay $60 for it.

I think I only paid $20 for a retail copy of ME2 on PC earlier this year. No DLC inlcluded (other than online "Cerberus Network" single use key), but seeing as how I didn't even past the third hour of play, it's not something I'll miss.

That's because it is utilizing the enhanced engine that will be in ME3.

A comparison with an obvious upgrade is just stupid.

OMG you PS3 users are so lucky!!!

I wouldn't call it luck.  I'd call it.. circumstances.

Yes, as far as this thread is concerned it is the only thing that is.  Actually read the post I quoted and tell me what other games PS3 owners have to play, or Xbox owners who have not played ME2 yet, have to do with that.
