Am I missing something with Steel Diver?

To me it looks just like a flash game on Newgrounds.

Explain to me why I should be hyped about it.

I'm not sure why, but I'm reeeeeeally excited about Animal Crossing 3DS. Strange because I was so disappointed with the Wii version (still got sucked into playing many hours). I hope they're spending a bit more time on this game instead of just assuming it's safe to release the same game over and over like pokemon; which, for the record, I immensely enjoy .. (dodges rotten vegetables) .. .

I'm somewhat pumped for RE: Revelations, mildly excited about Mario Kart, and remotely interested in RE: Mercenaries and Paper Mario.

Not enough to warrant a purchase at launch, imo. There'll probably be a lot more announcements, that I'm actually interested in, before the thing is released, though.

I'm hyped for everything, but I still want an achievements system, damn you Nintendo!

Well Nintendo still haven't told everything there is to know about 3DS.

I'm afraid that Nintendo will release a Lite version of the 3DS just a year after its release. So I don't really know whether I should buy one at the release date or not.

Too many great looking games coming its way.

I know, this is why I'm still hoping for it. But knowing Nintendo and their "do not follow competition" thing, I see it hard to have an achievements system, even if something was said about it by EA during the E3 days...
