Apparently Sony Bend is Sony's bitch developers restricted to handhelds. Not getting a chance to expand, get exposure, more profit, recognition and showing that they can still make a great console game. Sony treats their developers great except for Sony Bend......very disrespectful and discouraging to be restricted in only making handheld games when they can deliver a top notch stealth action game in Spyhon Filter something the PS3 could very well use after the loss of Solid Snake and to increase the depth of exclusives games in general. They can give the PS3 that advantage and bring Syphon Filter back into the mainstream but Sony isn't letting them. Instead they continue to restrict them and treat them like shit.

I care for Uncharted on PS3, not the handheld market for the same reason that I've never finished any PSP God of War but played the console ones. The epic experience is just not there. Sony needs to make "handheld" games, not home console like games on the PSP or PSP2, those kind of games won't sell their hardware, they need to get smarter with that shit. Patapon is excellent, so is Loco Roco and the alike, Phantasy Star Portable and Monster Hunter are also good for quick hunts, those are examples of good portable games.

A new Syphon Filter for the PS3 is going to be 10x better then a Uncharted game for the PSP2. Of course not if it but it won't. Sony Bend has some very critically acclaimed games. I'm sure a potential Uncharted game for the PSP2 will be great but it's time Sony stopped treating them like shit and let them make a much more relevant game. I mentioned previously a list of benefits it would bring them. It's incredibly disrespectful to limit them to handhelds only when they can make a new epic Syphon Filter that again has huge benefits for not only the studio but the PS3 and Sony more so then making this game will. If it's going to be done it will be done with high quality especially considering it's Sony Bend. Maybe they don't have the funds so Sony should give them come cash for more manpower and a decent budget but they won't because they would rather continue to shit on them and deny them the list of benefits to be had from Syphon Filter on the PS3(or even a new IP though hopefully it's not).

You want a new Syphon Filter, but plenty of people want Uncharted on the PSP. The last game sold over 4m and Uncharted 2 won pretty much every game of the year award that it could have done, so there is plenty of interest in the franchise. Somebody has to make PSP games, and Sony Bend are great at it, Sony is just not going to give up on the PSP

Not to mention this should be done by Naughty Dog. They can use a small team to make it. They have the money and they have expanded after the success of Uncharted. Or Ready At Dawn. I don't believe they have enough experience yet with consoles. So with a big PSP2 launch title that will definitely help them continue to grow. Maybe they do have enough experience though obviously Sony Bend has much more experience therefore they shouldn't be doing this when another studio can. Hopefully this isn't true or if it is Syphon Filter is still a go and this is in the early stages. Sony Bend makes high quality titles and they have done great things for Sony's handheld so it's long overdue that they finally get a chance to really do something.

Naughty Dog are THE premier PS3 developers. They are literally the best at coding for that console, and they have the ICE team as part of them who are responsible for helping other developers with coding. Naughty Dog have expanded, but they now have to take care of DLC and online and of course, the more manpower the better for the best franchise on PS3.

Ready at Dawn are an independent studio, so they can do what they want. They haven't had any experience with HD consoles, and they have kind of given up on consoles I thought, it is unknown what they are doing

Why not have specialised PS3 and PSP developers? When somebody is good at coding for one, why change them to a console which they are not familiar with?

i hated that when i went to buy a game for the PSP that was a franchise it was not made by the same studio. Uncharted is made by Naughty Dog. No Naughty no Buy. this is not Uncharted lol
