The prairies actually. I just can't think of anything that comes from around here that comes anywhere near to 'gross.' I think we have such an abundance of normal food that we never really had to get creative to eat and call the result a delicacy.

Pemmican? Farmer sausage? Saskatoon berries?

Grits aren't gross, they're just boring.

And it's pretty funny, because now that Chick-Fil-A has moved to California, they've brought sweet tea with them. Apparantly a lot of people love the stuff over there (not a fan of any tea to be honest... I like peach Snapple though. )
