I hope these are fake because my interest for Kingdoms just went to rock bottom.

I was hoping for a realistic combat oriented action game set in ancient Rome.

We don't know if this is for Kingdoms. What we do know is that those arts were made in 2009 in Crytek Budapest for their next game and Crytek Budapest is where Kingdoms is in developement.

well, whatever that concept art is for consider me intrigued. I've always liked surrealist fantasy art as it REALLY bends your imagination and I'm shocked more Western studios haven't done it.
