My guess is that Xbox360 fans also wanted the 360 to be on top this week.

Why the heck wouldn't they! I want it on top! But I don't think it desered to be on top. The console that sells the most deserves it. Well if we're being black and white, with GT5 launching in EMEAA ... it's a bit of a kick in the teeth Wii beating it there.

the boost in EMEAA is about 45k. tops.

No way to know it positively. Bottomline, it moved hardware, which it was supposed to. And considering GT is not a first week type of franchise, it'll keep moving some hardware.

Just a few hours ago a friend and co-worked of mine just bought the 160 GB PS3 bundled with Uncharted 2 and Metal of Honor. He also picked up Tiger Woods 2011 and Dead Rising 2. But guess what was the intial catalyst... Gran Turismo 5.
