Even though GT5 has the avantage of releasing during the holiday season, I'm interested to see how it tracks compared to MH3tri. Because the latter had a bigger opening was considered a flop by quite a few people.

Let's be serious. Some people may consider that GT5 opening was going to be bigger in Japan...but comparing to what Donkey Kong Country Returns opening is going to be in Japan...GT5 FW has been HUGE. (And yes, I am a Nintendo fan, a realistic Nintendo fan).

MC didnt include the GT5 bundle in thier numbers, add that in and the PS3 is closer to 100K and GT5 anywhere from 490k-515k.
