Okay this may have been asked, but why did PSP get such a huge jump with no game release? I mean PSP sold more units then the DS did the week of Pokemon.

Brand new PSP colours.

Red/Black
White/Blue
Lilac

And this is BEFORE Monster Hunter!

Man Japanese sure go crazy for different colours, maybe that's the key to 360s failure, bland black and white.. BRING ON THE LIME GREEN 360!!!

When you saw Red/Black, do you mean a two toned PSP?

Didn't DS get two new colours recently? Where is its boost?

Japan has an equivalent to the black friday?

Bolacku Furiday, or something like that.?

You know it's dangerous to make jokes like that without having even basics in Japanise ;)

They don't use L at all  , and the only consonant which can be written on it's own is n .

Why does everyone quote Media Create only regarding these numbers? What do Famitsu numbers say? VGC usually takes the two and comes up with the answer. Does Famitsu have it at 4k units for Wii over PS3? Would make sense of Famitsu has it at 4k over, and MC at PS3 with 2k over, the result is =2k for Wii.

Haha, good one! Lately I've gotten the impression that MediaCreate is law and Famitsu (and Dengeki?) is pretty much forgotten.

Speaking of Dengeki, they just went up... Wii (26,575) > PS3 (25,868) according to them for this week too.
