Some of the catching methods are getting a little crazy.  Soon people are gonna start considering that lol

I've caught them already, i'm just using them as Exp mules to level up my pokes. I'm completing the dex, and so far I've done the entire roaster of Gen I. 4 gens to go >_<

I decided to make some adjustments to my White team, given that three of them wouldn't be usable on Battle Station. That way, I decided to drop Palkia, Reshiram and Zekrom and substitute them for Kingdra, Haxorus and Arcanine.

It won't be a fully 100% all Dragon team, given that I don't want to repeat type match-ups (except dragon), and given that Druddigon isn't that good, the only other options would be Dragonite and Flygon, which I already have better examples with Salamence and Garchomp. 

I won't add an Electric Specialist given that the insanely high Sp. Atk of my Hydreigon (even with a base stat of 129, it was higher, in the same level, than Palkia's and Reshiram's with 150 base stat) makes it a very versatile Special attacker

I already beat Alder and he was FAR easier than Cynthia, her garchomp was unkillable >_<

Beat the elite 4, but I can barely beat any of the trainers on R11 o.o

What should I do?

Do I need a new team? Current: Samurott, Sawk, Unfesant, Zebstrika, Reshiram and Gigalith

Your team is fine, though it would do better without that crappy Unfezant there and I would sugest looking into Eelektross as your electric pokemon (one of the best in the game, IMO).

What version do you have, White or Black? If you have White, Rufflet/Braviary is the best pick for a Flying pokemon

Her Garchomp is really tough, and amazingly it almost never misses with Dragon Rush, where my Garchomp usually misses a lot >_>.

Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the rest of her team. Even though it's a pretty balanced team, it's rather easy to overcome as well. 

ya, zebstrika is very good for the early game (with the nice variety of moves it learns) but once you get into the late game, the other pokemon become better

that's why i switched to eelektross

Audino grind like crazy

side note: its kind of too bad that the only good way to level up your pokemon is to Audino hunt
