just read the joystick review and it´s very good.
if what they say is true the game will be just what I want it to be :)

At one point, early in the game, I had racked up almost 30 lives. I thought: “Uh-oh. Is this going to be a game I gain tons of lives in, only to never die?” Three levels later, I lost all my lives in one level and actually had to use a continue.

I'm not worried, but I love the fact that the game is hard. I just beat Sly 1 and playing Sly 2 and the game just got to easy after number 1. Just started number 2.
Heh, funny that Nintendo Power of all things seems to have one of the lower scores for the game. Maybe they are just sick of being accused of bias...
Guess I should run and check the Ign video review. Despite their flaws, they are still my most trusted review site overall. I also like hearing that the game is hard, it gives the player a greater sence of accomplishement when they beat the level, not to mention extends the play time.
Holy... I just started to listen to DKC OST out of nostalgia... Well, this song showed up and brought tears to my eyes. So many awesome memories... Holy shit.
The only game I would buy a Wii for, well there's still emulators (money is tight)

Hey, theres clearly nothing wrong with the game, except co-op playability, but the lack of actual new/original content is a slight issue for some.
Im sold on a 9 from GameTrailers personally.
