He generally is a douche. Some of the things that he says is blood boil worthy, even though that is his job - its still very annoying. But even I admit that this was a nice gesture by him.

Well, in the end, this could be a real good thing.  Brett, if you get Greenberg on line one, can you tell him to have SOMEONE please visit the forum for Microsoft's Game Room and let people know if it is going the way of 1 vs 100 or not?

I still don't know why he called out the numbers to begin with if they're very close  or even more than the actual sales.

May be the reason why he apologized :p No joking, he could have just ignored that and said nothing, so thumbs up for apologizing, he has my respect too eventhough most of the time he's indeed annoying.

Some apology. "Sorry if my note offended"  So he basically does not imply that he was wrong or even that he shouldn't have said it for the damage he could be doing to a site he may not know much about, simply wrong to hurt people's feelings.

But hey, if he takes a genuine interest in vgchartz methodology and perhaps changes his misconceptions, well that would be big of him.
