what we believe that 9 or above 9 is an ideal score for game below 8.5 is average game.

That's subjective. Who's we? For me average is more like 6/10, OK is 7/10, Good is 8/10, Great is 9/10 and Perfection is 10/10.

Anyways, an 8 is good!

I guess no one including me expected it to be as awesome as Assassin's Creed 2 (since it is still more like a spin-off), but well apparently it is that awesome.
