I think AC2 improved on everything that was already in AC1 and kept the things that were already great.

The only difference being the main character and the time setting.

Personally, I thought that the second game was missing the feel you get when you synchronize a viewpoint. In the first game, I was always amazed as the camera zoomed around and out. In the second game, it just felt rather weak. 
Other than that though, I enjoyed the second game more in pretty much every way. I love the first game, but I think the second is better. You probably are in a small minority though. 

OT: Great reviews, though it doesn't matter. I'd have gotten this anyway. I'm a huge fan of the Assassin's Creed series.

its feels that AC2 should of been released this year with everything in ACB 

now that would of been an HUGE and great game 

I read that as APB...well, the first Assassin's Creed wasn't that great...why are they still making these? Oh people actually bought them? Lol

I hope ACB will be seeing more 10's !!! And perhaps GOTY !!!
