Well, if that's the parent company's focus (Men 18-34) then it's no wonder the IGN Nintendo team was feeling progressively more out-of-place with a system that's very broadly appealing but not geared towards that demographic. Nor would any change be likely since all their websites market the same market.
What that means is that someone should start a website geared towards the Kinect/Move/Wii/iphone/DS/social media games crowd.
