Forums - Microsoft - Quantic Dream's next game to be on Xbox 360?

I was on Quantic Dream's website earlier and a job ad really stood out to me.  It was for a programmer to help convert their internal tools to the windows platform.  Of course this might mean PC development but it is far more likely that it's for Xbox 360 development.

First we have several other companies that have already done it including Insomniac, Ninja Theory, and the Demon's Soul team.  So it seems like when such companies move on to multiplatform development it pretty much always means the Xbox 360.

Then we have Quantic Dream's own studio head, David Cage, in a gameindustry.biz interview last month musing about why should they limit themselves to one share of the market if they could reach more.

Anyways I'm going to make a predicition and it's that they are indeed going multiplatform and that their next game will be Omnicron: KARMA which was put on hold for Heavy Rain.

Converting it to windows just means less of a pain in the ass to work on new games when they can just work from a commonly avaliable OS with widely avaliable workstation setups.

It doesn't make sense in my opinion to lead on another platform for a PS3 exclusive.  Not only would there be issues with porting the code but in this case the tools were already developed natively for the PS3.

well did that new/game they delayed for heavy rain did they say it was going to be the lead platform?

Because their previous game Farenheit/(Indigo Prophecy (Censored Version) was multiplat

I really see them working on a Kinect game.  To me it seems like the next logical step for the type of interactive experiences Cage leans toward.
